OK, I -might- have gone a little overboard with the shiney-glossy suit…maybe. Truly, the hardest part (besides the composition…) was the dark bits of the suit. I was trying to learn the method of the madness of thick, dark shading I see in lots of western comic book art. I can guess why the technique came about (limited choice of colors for print back in the day…) but I”d really like to find a guide or tutorial for the modern technique.
